My car sounds like its in high rev all the time. I once was told it was the power steering motor and was charged $500. but I still have the same problem

This may be the "clutch coolant fan assembly" mounted on the the inside of the radiator.....or it may be the alternator whine.... make sure the alternator belt is tight, the battery is fully charged, and the alternator is working properly.....Auto Zone, Pep Boys(not sure if they charge you?), Discount Auto, Checkers and other parts stores will test the components on your car for free and even give you a print out......FREE!!!!

Check the butterfly valve in the throttle body and the throttle body positioning sensor. You may need to clean and lube if it is sticking.
