we have replaced the battery the alternator everything runs fine and then the battery goes dead. after starting car i take off the positive battery cable and car still runs. help I can't afford massive repairs. car doesn't make any noise it has to be something with the charge from the alternator to the battery. with a new battery car runs fine for like 3 -4 days

You need to have a proper test of the charging system performed. There are many possibilities, but without actually testing the system with the proper tools, it's all guesswork.
What is the alternator amperage output? What is the condition of the battery cables? Has the new battery passed a load test? Is it the right battery for the car?
