Question: my car has a hesitation sometime when it change to the last gear, what can this be?

what can be wrong with my 745li when it hesitates when changing to last gear.

    Best to get it looked at by a transmission shop or repair shop familiar with BMW. Check the fluid level and perhaps cheapest place to start would be to have the transmission pan removed and filter and oil changed. On transmission oil pan removal the transmission can be checked for debris in the oil pan.
