Question: my car has a code po712 transmission problem how do i get it fixed?

happened when i was driving i noticed a leakage in the bottom plate of the gear box after fixing it i replaced the oil while driving home it stopped moving i diagnosed it with a computer and code po712 appeared

    712 is a code for the trans but does not identify any failed part. if it stopped moving, did you re check the fluid level?? if it is ok, it is time to get help from a real shop that will do a diag and identify the failed part. it is most likely going to have to be removed at this point.
