The break lights of my 2002 Rav4 are not functioning properly. I have tried replacing fuses for STOP and TAIL lights and know that it is not a bulb problem. The back lights are on when the car lights are on, but there is no change when testing the break, and the third (top middle) tail light does not illuminate. Is this perhaps a wiring issue? How can i fix? Please help!
