There is nothing to suggest that checking the headlight has anything to do with the security system, in fact trying to associate the two without first testing and proving what is going on with the security system is a flawed approach that will normally lead to frustration. The most likely cause is a failing tamper switch circuit, aka a door ajar switch or circuit. Some systems will report discrete switch inputs in scan data. Someone needs to start by checking data for random inputs. For really tough random problems, isolation of specific sections may need to be attempted.
