My air conditioner will not turn off, it even stays on when I turn off the car. on 2004 Chrysler Crossfire

I turned on the air conditioner. When I reached my destination, I tried to turn it off using the controller. When that didn't work, I turned of the car and the air conditioner stayed on. I took it to the dealer, and he had to unplug it.

What is the question?

Why won't it turn off. Is it something in the computer module or the on and off switch?

Did the dealer diagnose anything? Were they just asked to do whatever needed to stop A/C? If they were paid to 'diagnose' the problem then hopefully that would be detailed on your receipt.Did they say what it was that they 'unplugged'? Compressor or maybe relay? That info would help , to answer your question further.
