2003 Pontiac Grand Am

Question: My ABS and Trac Off is on,and the sound sometimes comes on underneath.

When I pressed on the brakes, sometimes the sound comes on underneath where the front seats are, under the car.

    Don't be worried that because several warning lights are on that there are several problems. Many sensors are shared between the engine and transmission control, and the traction control and anti lock brake circuit. One sensor failure can cause several systems to fail, or appear to fail. A scan tool is needed to retrieve these codes in your car I would suspect by your description that an ABS wheel speed sensor is damaged perhaps by a bad wheel bearing but a mechanic would nee to properly diagnose what is wrong without jumping to conclusions.
