i have changed the steering board but the problem still persists. the steering turns to the right as soon as the the car is ignited. could you please help me with what the problem is?

MasterYou may have a defective spool valve in the steering gear. It made need a replacement steering gear assy. to fix. Depending on mileage it may still be in warranty. Check with Toyota dealer.
