My 2007 chrysler 300 engine and lighting bolt icons are flashing, car wont start on 2007 Chrysler 300

Does this mean the electric throttle control is gone, if so how expensive is it to repair at dealer, and can it be self repaired? Can some one please tell me where this is located on my car.

I am not familiar with the 300 does your owner's manual tell what the warning lights mean? Check here http://repairpal.com/automobile-owners-manuals-online or try this link you may be able to down load a free copy of the owner's manual for your vehicle http://www.autousermanual.com/ A scan tool is going to be needed to retrieve codes stored in the computer of your car to see if it is a throttle body, engine mechanical, security problem, ignition or fuel related problem. Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online
