Question: My 2003 Nissan Altima has 170k on it and never changed the water pump?

    What else on the cooling system is original? If you're looking to do preventive maint. then check all hoses and condition of coolant , thermostat (only by default , due to age).Otherwise , if it ain't broke...don't fix it.
