the vehicle is idling rough, and hestiate, the engine is a 4.6 liter. i had computer read out on the car. the code p0300 came back and so i have change the spark wires, the coil pack aka the igintion coils, and spark plugs. and this time i have the igintion turn to the on position and check the computer again and the p0300 code is still there. my question is what is the next possible thing should i do to fix this car.

    Did you ever clear the code? You should only have a P1000 code if you clear the code and then start the car.

    If you drive it for a bit and get the P0300 - then you can consider it valid.

    It is possible that there is an updated engine software calibration available for the processor. This in some cases eliminates P0300 "false" codes or corrects running issues. Worth looking into before putting any more parts on it.

    yes i clear the code after i replace the coil pack, spark plugs and spark plug wires. however it the starts idling and the service engine light would not have to be on and where would find one the engine software calibration for the car itself

    So you are saying you cleared the code, and reset it to the P1000. Then you drove the car and the P0300 came back?

    The calibration would be available at a dealership.
