This is the best repair shop I've seen in 30 years!
These guys could write a book on great customer service. I've been in the service industry my whole career and, if I built a repair shop, it would look just like this. I've spent a lot of money at Munks and have not felt like any of it was unnecessary or even a questionable expense. From the owner, Chris, to the front office team, George, Alex, & Kim, to the mechanics Rick, Dan, John, Larry and the rest, I've gotten nothing but honest, friendly advice.
They excell in looking for low-cost alternatives and have even suggested that I do some of the work myself to save money! WTF? They have even told me HOW to do the work.
They even offer free clinics on taking care of your car. Who does this these days???
I brought a 1991 audi 20V to Chris and George in Feb! Self proclaimed experts. If they could not fix it, they new someone who could! I went to them because I had a severe hesitiation with my S-Car. 3 months passed and $3000 and all they did correctly changed my oil and charged my airconditioning correctly. The original hesitation, which was now worse, they said they could not find. So, one night, I reclaimed my car and drove it to NY state. An old mechanic friend there said he would take a look at it. A week later, he said the distributor is leaking oil, and subsequently fixed it with a used diistributor. Chris and George had tired that and failed. The used distributor they installed on my car was bad.
I went to settle up with them and they said they would return $6xx, to me after spending 3 months and more than $3000 they were unwilling to settle out of court with me. Im on my to small claims right now.
