If your truck is equipped with this type of transmission, a lot of cars have the ability to be manually put into neutral. You have to go underneath the vehicle and locate the transmission. there should be a cable running alongside of it with a lever. remove the cable and push back on the lever until you hear two clicks. The vehicle should be in neutral and you can push it from there. Make sure to have some wheel blocks handy so the car doesn't roll with you underneath it!
