Mountain View Garage provide good quality service, at a comparatively fair price. They are timely in setting up appointments and good to turn the work in the time frame promised, actually a little better. Communication with the manager was good, as well as good interaction/communication directly with the technician.
I took my H3 in like 4 times due to a shaking issue while in park and got charged for it without the problem being resolved. Decided to bite the loss of me paying out of pocket for something not getting fixed than insisting to keep taking it back until fixed. I don't have the time or the money to be paying when it is not getting fixed. Very unsatisfied with the whole thing.
They broke my turn signal switch when changing my ignition. Tryed to tell me it was broke already. And it activates the brake lights . Which worked when I pushed it In . So I had to fix it myself these guys are rip offs and I tell everyone not to take a car there. I fix my own its just I had money so I tryed to have someone else do it. These guys will take advantage of you buyer beware
I had a Ford Focus with "yellow car" syndrome. But I had to have the car towed from the post office when the ignition switch locked me out. It was a tad bit high for the repair but the kicker was when the tech didn't know how to put my car in reverse to get it out of the lift and broke my shift lever right down at the base.
Accidents happen...but I shouldn't have had to pay the whopper of a bill for his man handling of my vehicle.
The explanation was meant to scare me. "I could have had a serious accident if the lever had broken on the road." There was no wear on the part that broke...it was sheared right off.
