My car was turning slightly to the left and I went to these guys on a recommendation from a friend. I’m sure glad I listened because not only did my car get fixed, but I was taken care of very well. I'm glad I've found a place where I can take my BMW, get excellent repairs AND be treated well by an excellent customer service team. I will definitely keep coming here because I want my care taken care of by real professionals.
I had them replace a water pump. Then a WEEK later the timing belt broke. This required a major repair, which the quoted me over $4000. I took it to another shop who did the same repair for $2200. Who mention to me that anyone with any knowledge of BMW's always replaces the timing belt after replacing a water pump or else they fail shortly there after. Never been back since.
i took my automobile to be repaired after having a conversation with a service representative who initially indicated to me that the type of service i was asking for typically cost approx. $500.00+ to diagnose and repair. later, on the day i brought it in i received a call from the same person advising me that based on the $124.30 inspection (separate from any other charges - see 'free 25 point inspection' sign on counter) he said my revised total would be $1800.00+ to COMPLETE the repairs. i told him i only had a $1000.00 budget at this time and would that get me through my smog check? the service rep said he would see what he could do and call me back. i ended up with 6 spark plugs an oil breather hose(?) and a cam position sensor which was obviously good to begin with because the ENGINE COMPUTER GAVE THE SAME CODE to the tune of $1014.00. when i called to question the service rep about the bill and parts he declared that he did not care for my tone and hung up. i finally reached the owner a few days later and after a very amicable conversation he said he would see what he could do to rectify the situation. he called back and said they could fix the car for approx $4700.00. i am sorry i don't have the exact # but once i went into shock it was all a blur. phoohey and shame!
MUCH GOOD NEWS! STAY TUNED NEXT WEEK FOR 'APPROPRIATE' PROOF!
