Do you already have the 24v engine? You'll need to make sure the sensors and connectors didn't change with the body design.
If you have ohv engine, you will probably need the motor mounts, complete engine, along with the computer and engine. It will probably be easier if you get the transmission and control module that matches the duratec engine. You'll need to make sure the motor mount design didn't change with the new body style as well. You will also need to make sure you don't need a different fuel pump with the duratec. The exhaust is another consideration as well. Most importantly, you'll want to check the law regarding engine swaps. I think in California that would be a legal swap since the engine is newer.
