sounds like the pump to the washer reservoir is bad

Do you hear the washer motor operate. Ignition key on hood open get a friend to operate the washer, see if you hear it operate. If you hear it operate disconnect the washer hose at the underside of the washer jet get a friend to operate the washers again see if water pumps out if it does the jets are blocked. If the motor doesn't operate you need to follow a wiring diagram and check fuses. Look in washer bottle see if it full of debris may need to be cleaned out.
