Isn't this a bit early to need rotors?

    It is a little early but not unreasonable considering Mercedes are heavy cars and a little rough on brake pads and rotors. Nowadays any time you are due for pads they just replace rotors too. No one really 'turns' rotors anymore.

    not at all due to the soft metal that causes dishing from pads. you need to repl frt brakes and rotors to do it right, everytime
