more problems on 1991 Acura Integra

I am late reading this thread I am not sure which circuit you are checking but if you are tracing wiring for the ECU or relays you will need a good wiring diagram (specific to you year and model of car) and a good volt/ohm meter. Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info .There is a company that independent auto repair shops "buy" their information from that offer a very reasonable service to do it yourselvers.
