This is Maryland and we're right by the docks. There's an influx of Spanish people which I don't normally have a problem with except I don't speak Spanish. We have a governor in this state that wants to wlcome everybody in, as many foreigners as they can. So, the nice thing about over there is they're not only honest, they told me everything that they were looking for, they also speak English and I can understand them when they talk. That's a pretty critical thing for me. I don't have a problem with people coming in but I think they should at least speak English and there are a lot of businesses around here that they've kind of moved in and they either work there or they've taken them over. If I can't communicate with the people doing business then there's no sense doing business with them. It was cheaper than going to the dealer that's for sure. That's a critical thing for me because I don't have money falling out of my hind parts. They are real reasonable. If you take your car some places, they are like, "Well, I guess we got a blank check." You know, a hundred dollar repair turns into a thousand dollar repair. They say you needed this and you needed that. Well, I didn't bring my car in for that. There is a garage over here that did that to my wife one time. They started saying you need this, we're going to have to repair this and we're going to have to repair that. She called me and I got on the phone with them and I said, "If I have to come over there someone's going to have to call the police."
I am new to the area and wasn't sure where to go for a much needed repair. As a former "wrench spinner", I new the fix would not be easy. Not only was my vehicle repaired promptly, but the effort involved in the diagnosis was "above & beyond" what is to be expected these days. Kudos to Garry & his crew for a job well done..!!
