My husband's drives his Toyota Tacoma HARD. He needed a new clutch, repairs to his leaf springs, new shocks, new struts, oil change, new fluids in just about everything. Bob was great to work with - gave up honest quotes and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need - in fact told my husband that the shocks he wanted weren't as good and cost more money. They guarantee their repairs for 12 months/12000 miles - so they put their money where their repairs are. My husband is a rabid fan now and we will fight HWY 2 from Everett to take our vehicles here from now one. cost was about $750 less than the dealership quoted and they completed all the repairs in 2 days.
