  Absolutely second "jhaus" review. Chuck and DJ are indeed a team of diagnostic excellence and that *quality* customer service that you daydream about but scarcely find.
  Based on the previous review and my previous experience last summer, where I stumbled upon this Pleasant Hills/West Mifflin Monro. Then, one of Chuck's new mechanics went above and beyond to repair the problematic brake "repairs" of another (N.Vers) Monro. I could not have been happier with the thorough explanations and meticulous attention to detail inculcated into these mechanics. They raised my standards and expectations last summer; therefore, when my engine (long overdue for maintenance, mea culpa) began to present symptoms of hesitation, stuttering, and borderline stalls with dimming lights...but no engine codes to shed light on the origin(s) - I sought the expertise of Chuck and DJ. With my list of symptoms and particulars and their team approach, WE (yes, they will involve you, letting you know and showing you their plan, estimations, cost, and rationale - just ask, ask, ask, and you will be impressed) collaborated and resolved the issues and a few ancillary issues for under $175.
  These guys go above and beyond. It is refreshing and a pleasure to review their Shop. Six stars!

  Chuck and DJ are two of the most honest shop guys I've ever dealt with. They take the time to explain what's wrong with your vehicle, discuss your options, and don't try to force or guilt you into adding services for your vehicle. I always bring my cars here and will continue to unless things change.
