Randy, the owner of Mission Hills Automotive, has surrounded himself with a great team. In fact, all 4 of his technicians are ASE Certified and 3 are Master Technicians. The shop has been in business since 1981 and Randy worked there in the early 1990s before taking over the shop in 2008. Their mission is to never have an unsatisfied customer and we believe them. From the simplest light bulb change to an advanced twin turbo set up for your hot rod, Randy and his team will handle the job in a professional manner so you and your car will leave happy.

  When I got the car repaired, there was a box that says "please keep the broken part or the spare part." 2 days later when I came and asked "Where is my water pump - the one which was broken? I want to see where it was leaking," they couldn't find the water pump. I was a little dissatisfied. I wanted the part which was replaced. When you tow the car to the place and nobody is there, you fill out the little card and on the card it says "Do you want to keep the replaced parts? Yes or no?" I said yes. I wanted to keep the parts they replaced.

  They have a fairly new owner. I've been going to Mission Hills Automotive for probably 40 years. It's nice to find an honest mechanic and I feel that they do have honest mechanics. The new owner is really good.

  They are very nice people, very nice. Really polite, really quiet. They did what another place did not know how to do. If you bring your car in, you don't have to explain much. They figure it out.

  I think a fellow bought the business for his daughter, and as far as I can see, this daughter runs the business. She is a very good business woman. She is tough, but she's good. She is tough. She is there to make money but she is very businesslike.

  This is simply the most professional, clean, and competent auto repair shop I have ever done business with. Their pricing is fair and they are always willing to go out of their way to explain any situation that needs attention or will need attention down the road, per se. I have had my oil changes, mechanical and electrical work done and all at a fair price and with a sincere and genuine thank you for my business.

  I cannot recommend enough Mission Hills Automotive.

  My boyfriend's truck had not been sounding so well,so we decided to take it to the shop. The employees were wonderful and highly knowledgeable. When we got the car back it was in great and we got a very reasonable price. We have not had any problems since picking up his truck. We had a great experience, and would recommend Mission Hills Automotive to anyone I know.

  The customer service is amazing at this shop! They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have been impressed with the service they provide. I can really trust that they will not rip me off and do what needs to be done for the right price. Also they get the job done in a timely manner. I won't go anywhere else because of the FANTASTIC customer service and the QUALITY of work done at this shop.

  Randy gave top notch service. His technicians did top notch work. When one finds a knowledgable trustworthy mechanic you should hold on tight as they are few and far between. I have my Camaro and Aurora work done at only one shop and that is mission hills automotive. I suggest them to all my family and friends that need mechanic work done and don't worry it may come back to haunt me because I know that it won't. Give them a call today they will fix your problems at a fair price with master craftsmanship.

  Randy was extremely friendly and provided an estimate based on my issue (master and slave clutch cylinder) that was right on par with RepairPal's estimate. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready in a few hours. Very highly recommended.
