1993 Honda Accord Question: misses and hesitates when warm

Question

My car runs fine for 5-10 miles then misses and hesitates severly.
The car has bee tuned, new timing belt, etc. Current mileage is 240,000. Is this symptomatic of a cracked block?

I would not say a cracked block is likely as that would have more drastic consequences. Missing and hesitations are usually associated with ignition. First start with the basics, you said the car was tuned up, were the valves adjusted as part of the tune up?
    Were the plug wires replaced?
Distributor sensors sometimes fail with heat and work fine when "cold". At this mileage the fuel pump could be failing or the fuel filter may be restricted, has it been replaced any time recently? EGR passages also carbon up with higher mileage dumping all the EGR into one or two cylinders instead of being distributed into all cylinders evenly. Fuel pressure and fuel delivery is measured with a fuel pressure gauge and checking crankshaft angle sensors and distributor electronics needs an oscilloscope. Don't give up on this car these are a great engine.
