my car keeps misfiring what do I need to do?

  You should avoid driving the car while it is misfiring, this will damage your catalytic converter. If the check engine light is on, or flashing, definitely get it to a repair shop soon, have it diagnosed and repaired.
  Or, are you planning on doing the work yourself?
