Ok to start off I dealt with the P0303 code by changing the coil on plug coil for that cylinder then changed the plugs, cleared the P0303 now it is narrowed to the P0300.So what else can i look for on this vehicle ?

P0303 was a misfire code that pertained specifically to #3 cylinder, you have taken car of that by replacing the coil and spark plug. Is a more general misfire code, a profession grade scan tool may be able to count the cylinder misfire rate of each cylinder and see which cylinder is giving the problem either with a coil, plug dirty fuel injector or vacuum leak.

If your looking at your car from the front then cylinders 1,3,5 is on YOUR left side.
