2001 Buick LeSabre Q&A

2001 Buick LeSabre Question: misfire

I had pulled the spark plug wires off the ignition pack and noticed #2 and #4 post were all burnt looking and alot of black dust came out the spark plug wire end. What could be the problem there and will that cause my misfiring. -
Answer 1
Yes, this is likely the cause of a cylinder misfire. You will need to replace the wires, the coil if it is damaged and you might as well change the spark plugs too. -
