All I had dine was a state inspection, so many of the questions did not really apply to.mr. The service guy was courteous, friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions....gave me a time estimate that was spot on and made me feel welcomed. I would definitely try the shop for non warranted repairs.
Nice facility, good customer relations, good work. Just a little slower than promised to finish the job.
Matt and the team are excellent. They are available all the time to answer questions and even provide a car for you to use to run errands while they work on your car! I always trust my vehicle in their hands!!

RV was in your shop a long time, I did as much calling and tracking part as you did.Part was marked up over 100%, labor charges were higher then norm. Lost insurance card, RV was left outside, hail storm caused minor damage to skylight.

It was good.
My car was brought in by my niece on a Friday for air coolant. She was told to return Monday at 1:30. When she came back she was told to leave the car because they may not get to it that day so that created a problem with her babysitter. Later that afternoon I spoke with Matt our service rep. He was very pushy and constantly telling me I may have a leak although none was found initially. Price for adding Freon was crazy, $185 , But then after draining and refilling coolant he still wanted to keep the car overnight to make sure it wasn't leaking. It was as though he was determined to find a leak. I said no we would pick it up by six. This was at 5:15. My niece picked it up so I did not look at the receipt at the time and later realized it was over $50 more than quoted.
When I lived in the Woodlands several years ago I did a lot of business with Mill Stead and am very disappointed.
It was ok.
My car was towed in and I was kindly provided a loaner car since my car in the shop is my only transportation. I was kept aware of the progress and thoroughly explained my options, etc. Very satisfied with everything and will highly recommend to others!!!

I had emergency repairs done while passing through Conroe. AAA brought me to Milstead and my car was fixed.
This is my new 'go to' place for anything.
They made me feel really comfortable with fixing my vehicle and I now have a shop that I can continue taking my vehicle to.
Thurman was great to work with. He made some suggestions on what I should consider while the work was ongoing and he had good practical advice

They told me what I needed to have done, but it didn't need to be done right now. I didn't feel pressured. I could get it done in the future.
I went there for four years as maintenance was required. Every time it was a $400 to $500 estimate. I complained about my cruise control running out and it still cuts out on me. That was never fixed. They should have a computer like a dealer has. My brakes were squeaking every time and that was never corrected.
They were very friendly people. I had no issues at all. I think they treated me fairly and they diagnosed the issue with the vehicle. I just felt bad because there were so many things wrong, but they told me the truth.
