  They are very honest. I'd give them like a 10, and they helped my mother who is a senior. I'm overall very satisfied with their work. Just very, very honest people, I would take my car to them again.

  I feel they went the extra mile for me. The receptionist Tomia went the extra mile. They know I am on a tight budget, so they looked all over for a refurbished part for me. They are very friendly and personable. They treat you like family.

  It's a wonderful company, and they are very friendly. They are very concerned with the service they provide. It's a great experience, which is why I keep going back. Things always used to be 'service with a smile', and you don't see that much anymore. With them it is always like that. I was born and raised in this area, and they're a family owned and operated business that has been in the area a long time too. That's always nice, when a business is locally owned and operated. One time, it was a couple years ago, I think I had gone to the dealership because my car was only a couple years old then, and they couldn't figure out what the situation was. They were able to figure out what the situation was, and take care of it. They weren't afraid to get it done.

  I was told something different over the phone than what was performed. I took the car home and noticed a day later that the work they performed wasn't what the said they would do. I called the dealership and explained my story and talked to them, and told them they were overpriced.
