They broke my handle off of my car door, which is an accident, fine. But then they wanted to charge me two hundred dollars to repair it. Half of that was the actual price of the handle which is fine but, you know, they broke it off. Accidents happen. That's fine. But I don't think they properly tried to fix the accident, basically.
I would just like to say I've been with them since the seventies, and they are the most ethical place I've ever been. They are just very helpful, even if you don't have repairs. They are willing to talk. They are willing to make recommendations about vehicle purchases. They are just overall very helpful.
I'd taken my 10 year old Honda to my local repair shop whodid my auto repair for over 10 years. They were unable to diagnosis a sporadic AC problem after repeated visits. Their best estimate to repair the AC problem was $1000 with no guarantees. We took the Honda to Milex. Dan and his boys made a quick diagnosis and repair at a cost 60% less. The car works perfectly now and Milex exceeded by best expectations. Highly recommended.
