I've gone to Milex several times, everything always explained, and in my opinion, the best service in Tucson.
I have been going to Milex for 10 years and will never go anywhere else. The one time I went to the dealer, they tried to cheat me and they flat out lied. I called up Milex, too my car over to them & they fixed the issue ASAP & cheaper than the dealer, which wanted to overcharge.

But I have indoor/outdoor carpet in the bed of my truck, and it looks like someone put a greasy/oily part on my carpet. Now I need to replace the carpet.

Every time I come in to have my car serviced, I always get the best price up front, and compared to other shops or the dealerships I've been to. Hands down they are the most honest and charge a fair price for the services rendered!
I have been a Milex customer for many years and have had numerous cars serviced. I have never been unhappy with the service or quality of work performed.
This shop has consistently been a '10' as far as I am concerned. Work has always been done right the first time. They never do unnecessary work. The car is always ready when promised. All around a top notch shop.

I needed minor emergency repairs. Milex was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and satisfactorily perform the needed repairs.

Good service and good repair however the prices have gotten outrageously high.
Our last labor price increase was over three years ago. I suspect that the source of your dissatisfaction is parts cost, which has increased a large amount as vehicles are manufactured with new electronics.
But keep in mind that there have been enormous benefits from new technologies!

I had two fuel pumps installed in my truck. In one tank I believe the float was badly corroded and unusable. I would have been happy with a used float from a junkyard installed with the pump as opposed to no float, since Ford does not sell the floats anymore with the pumps.(95 F-150). The float in the other tank works intermittently probably due to a short in the wiring. At any rate I have two tanks and have no idea of my gas level in either tank just like I have been before. I believe I spent enough money for a used transmission, clutch assembly, 2 fuel pumps, and installation of an oil pan gasket to the tune of $3485.00, that I should have gotten some resolution with my gas gauges (at least one tank working).
The shop has good mechanics and office personnel and they talk straight/honest with a client.

I would just like to say I've been with them since the seventies, and they are the most ethical place I've ever been. They are just very helpful, even if you don't have repairs. They are willing to talk. They are willing to make recommendations about vehicle purchases. They are just overall very helpful.
They broke my handle off of my car door, which is an accident, fine. But then they wanted to charge me two hundred dollars to repair it. Half of that was the actual price of the handle which is fine but, you know, they broke it off. Accidents happen. That's fine. But I don't think they properly tried to fix the accident, basically.
They are really courteous and really professional. They are also very concerned about the customer. They take me back to verify the problem.
They are just generally excellent there, and we recommend them to everyone we know. The general manager is excellent with customer service.
