  I live two blocks from this shop but would drive across the state to take a vehicle here. I have been going here since it opened. Honest, Fair, and Fast.

  Most unprofessional repair shop in Fresno! My girlfriend dropped her Saturn off to figure out why it wasn't starting right. They scoped it out and said that her A/C compressor needed to be replaced (and quoted it at $650). She recommended to them that they dig a little deeper and left her car at the shop. About 4 hours later they give her a call and say that they replaced the motor fan sensors and it was ready to be picked up and paid for. They never called and asked for her approval to do the job. When she brought the car home (with the motor fan still not working), she told my dad what they had done and he gave them a call. He spoke with Mike's wife over the phone and could hear Mike yelling expletives in the background. He was just asking them why they didn't call before making the repair. Finally, Mike got on the phone and cussed out my dad and told him to come down there so that he could, "Kick his f******* ass!"

  What kind of business treats their customers like this? And even threatens to assault them?

  Mike needs some anger management classes. A truly unprofessional man and business. Take your business elsewhere.
