Question: Middle rear brake light replacement

Can't seem to be able to get the middle lense cover (above my tailgate) off the back of Armada to replace a light bulb.

    The link below explains how to access the 3rd (high mount) brake light. The manual says it does not have serviceable bulbs I'm afraid.

    Here's a link to the factory manual. The information on the brake lamps are in "LT" and the "fwd" is the contents.

    This instructions are very vague. The cover is not easy to take off, I haven't been able to do it. It just says to take it off, it doesn't say how!!!
