    Very straightforward about what your car needs and doesn't. They don't try to sell you unnecessary extra service (they're so busy they don't have to), so if they tell you the car needs something, it really needs it. The service people are very friendly, but if you bring in excessively cheesy parts you've bought on your own, they're blunt about it. Bring in good parts, and they're nice as can be.
