Great service and workmanship. Always try and bring my vehicle here when possible.
The service was prompt and very good.
The place to go.
The brake work done on my car (which I agree needed to be done and was why I brought the car to Midas) was competitively priced (for a national chain), done on time (the same day, notwithstanding the Noreaster starting that pummeled the east coast that day) and qualitatively. However, after the brake work was done and a persistent noise remained the car was checked again (a couple of days later, though the noise was reported right after leaving the shop on a Friday, I returned on Monday at the suggestion of the shop manager). I was told tie-rods (all 4 in front) and bearings (front left and front right) needed to be replaced at a cost of approximately $1500. Thereafter, a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinion (3 other shops) suggested only the right front bearing needed replacement and that the tie-rods were fine despite 'looking bad' visually (other shops did a more invasive review of the tie rods). The front right bearing replacement was done by a local shop for $210 not $1500 as quoted by Midas. Granted, none of this would retard my choice in the future of considering Midas (for brake work) or recommending them, as their price was the best for a national brake service shop. Everyone was respectful, personable, and willing to explain in absolute detail answers to questions I had. Midas will just never be my 'go to shop' for all things, just what they are competitive on, period.
I'm not sure why I received this email. I'm the 1 who actually recommended my husband there because of my past experience. He was completely satisfied with the work he says his car hasn't ran so well since he first purchased it. Thanks for everything
Carlos was very knowledgable and kind.
Quick work. Called with no apt at 4. Got there by 4:20. Got all new brakes and front rotors and oil change. Out the door by 5:45.
They lied and told me I needed mandatory repairs due to another repair my car needed but just were trying to jack up the price. I did my research and found out the truth.
I was satisfied.
Very friendly and fast service getting oil changed and tires balanced
I have been dealing with Midas for over 30 years, and David and Mickey could not have been nicer and honest about all my interest. I thank-you and will see you soon. Oh yeah found a good cheese steak place, that night Pizza Pie in Langhorne, Pine Watson center on 213.
Went in for brake pads paid 1600 dollars never again ever. I had to take our a credit card which I will pay with my tax return persuaded to buy 4 new tires even though on had been on less than a year family owned and honest from now on.
I usually go to the dealership for maintenance. I will definitely consider Midas in the future
Tom answered all my questions and went above/beyond to make sure that the work was done to my satisfaction.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept me in loop w repairs and time.
Good work. Got breaks and shocks and my car was done quickly.
Everyone at the shop were kind, pleasant and funny. Everything was explained well and I given options so I could take care of some much needed repair. I had my 5 month old child with me who cried for a very long time. I was not made to feel uncomfortable. I was in and out in great time.
Job well done.
I frequent this shop for my auto repair needs
Professional team that goes above and beyond for their customers. I had multiple issues with a neglected vehicle of mine, and they assessed/handled all of the issues very quickly. Great customer service!
Great service! Professional, friendly nice staff!
I had an 11:00 appointment this past week, the service to my car was started promptly and finished in the amount of time promised. I will continue to bring both of my automobiles into this location in the future
Professionals all around. They really took the time to help me repair my car with options that their competitor across the street were unwilling to work with. Dave is top notch with my car. I have to have more and costlier work done to my car very soon but I know it is worth it because they set expectations up front, have been very honest, thorough and transparent and appreciate my business. They have integrity and it shows with the customers that come in looking for him specifically to help them.
They did what they said. They did it promptly and correctly. Couldn't be more satisfied!
I feel that Dave is always honest and explains what is needed. I feel very confident bringing my cars to him.
BAD SERVICES, UNCLEAR PRICING.
The staff is very friendly, they strive to make my visit exceptional every time I go.
The manager Dave was amazing and provided me with fantastic service. He was very thorough and honest about the work needed on my car.
They did good service. They are very friendly. Service and friendly.
The only thing I had a problem with was the confusion with the payments. I was confused with a couple of things and then all of the sudden they could not inspect my tires because they were old. I don't think that the service is what it should be but overall it was good.
It was fast, and they did an update on the interior. The customer service was great.
It's just that I like them. I think it is a nice place. They do a good job. I just had one little issue. I forget what it was. They didn't give an explanation, they just didn't want to do it. I thought that was strange.
They have good customer serivce. They are pretty straightforward. They don't beat around the bush.
They are knowledgeable about my car. They provided good service with a lot of knowledge.
It was too expensive.
I think they did excellent service for me. I got 4 new tires there. They did an excellent job. I got an oil change. I was very happy with their service. They were very nice. The sales manager was very polite. I appreciate that.
Henry is a good mechanic.
It was very gratifying, when they spoke to me I understood what he was saying about my car and what it would take to get it fixed. They were also polite.
They are courteous. They are helpful when you have a problem. They explain things to me and I appreciate that.
It was very good. The customer care was very good.
Everyone there is really nice. They get me in and out. They get it done. They don't overcharge me. It isn't expensive at all.
Midas is a good company, they find the problems, they are pretty good mechanics. They do a check all over the vehicle and let you know, they save your parts and what they changed.
Even though it was a little more expensive, they provided a little faster service.
I felt they were very efficient on what they did on my car, and their professionalism they showed and I was very satisfied with them.
Service was reliable and fast.
We had good service, everything was explained to us. The charges were what they said they would be.
It was an ok experience it was nothing spectacular.
It was okay they took a very long time to complete the job but they did accommodate me for the time wasted.
David took care of my problem.
I was charged $360 for a state inspection, emissions and for replacing the 3rd brake light (LED). Part cost $120 over the phone but $140 on the receipt. There was an additional charge for "research done to diagnose" that a light bulb not working meant requiring a replacement and could have been wiring issues. So even though the research did not produce anything more than a replacement light, I'm being charged for a mechanic that didn't know to just replace the light that doesn't work.
