Driver's Frontal Air Bag Inflator Ruptures And Sprays Metal Fragments

The driver's frontal air bag inflator may deploy the air bag with excessive pressure, resulting in the inflator rupturing and causing metal debris to be sprayed onto vehicle occupants. Dealers will replace the driver's frontal air bag module free of charge to resolve the concern.

Second Row Child Seat Anchors Not Accessible

The second row seat bottom may not fold down low enough to use the child seat anchors properly. Dealers will inspect and if necessary replace the seat pan of the second row seat free of charge to resolve the concern.

Seat Belt Anchoring Bolts Loose

Seat belts are secured to the vehicle body at various points using special anchor bolts. These 2013 GL models are being recalled because the anchor bolts for the second row seat belts may not have been tightened correctly during vehicle assembly. If these bolts are loose, a belted occupant my not be properly restrained in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of personal injury. Dealers will inspect the affect bolts and tighten them as necessary.
