Need to take out radio for repair
This car has sat for 6 months but prior to being parked it had no issues, when first started it was sounded fine after 30 min of warming up tried to drive it had no power the idle started to go up and down (with no power) and smokes like a steam engine
All my windows & sunroof stop working. No bad fuses. Seats & mirrors work only with door open.
park brake slips
This is the first time this happened. Car beeper goes off like I left my keys in the car, or lights on, etc.....with no keys in the car, and the steering still locked.
the car needs new trans has 204,000 miles.
Can't get car unlocked.
Hi, I like to know which side is a cylender #8 on 1998 mercedes benz s 420
I just picked up the vehicle at body shop having the front bumper repaired. Turning on the air conditioner, no air flow is generated. I tried to remove "auto" set on driver side but this stays activated ( at least light is on). When I try override and setting fan to high directly, nothing. Defrost/heat/air all result in same result. Fuse/resister/switch gone bad or is the blower the issue? The sensor in the front bumber the issue? Any assistance is appreciated.
We replaced the trans, & it won't shift, even manually. We replaced the tcm with a used one, but neither the old one or the used one has voltage to the solenoids. The white wire (+) has no voltage. It supplies power to the solenoids from the tcm.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT A D MODEL VALVE IS?
I REPLACED THE BLOWER MOTOR AND AM NOW GETTING FORCED AIR INTO THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT. UNFORTUNATELY THE AIR IS "WARM" NOT HOT. I'M TOLD THAT A PART THAT SITS ON TOP OF THE ENGINE BLOCK (ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE IF YOU ARE FACING THE CAR). THE PART HAS THREE ALUMINUM CYLINDERS ABOUT 2" TALL AND 1/4" IN DIAMETER. I'M TOLD THAT THE HEAT FROM THE RADIATOR MOVES THROUGH THIS PART AND IT MAY BE CALLED A "D MODEL VALVE". I CAN NOT SEEM TO FIND A PART BY THAT NAME ANYWHERE. ANY IDEA(S)?
