  After several months and several other shops, I finally broke down and took my car to the dreaded dealership. Something I should have done from the beginning. Although the price was hefty, it's what I expected since I own a Mercedes-Benz. However, Daniel went well above and beyond anything that would be expected from another shop to give me constant updates on my car, emailing me once or twice a day while I was underway (I'm in the navy). He worked with my private warranty company as well, got them to cover additional items they at first weren't going to cover, and was able to reduce my bill by a substantial amount, knowing that money was a concern for me. When I got my car back, it worked better than new. My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars overall. I couldn't be happier.
