Merced Honda
Their customer service is awful. We took our car in the have a pulley replaced and the belts. Not sure what caused the problem, we relied on them to figure out the problem. After 3 days sitting our car was done. When fired up the same problem occured. The battery had died, had to replace that with our own money. It was working fine when we brought it in! That told me they never even started the car to figure out the problem. Charged us $200 in labor & turned aroung and had to pull off what they were there to fix in the first place. Drove out with same problem. No refund!!
