I have like my previous experiences.
Great customer service. Dependable repairs.
I don't feel the shop has been honest with the repairs. I have had it three times for the same thing and each time they have said something different has caused the problem. I have paid for two repairs and neither has fixed the issue. They also recommended I replace all my tires. I have had them less than three years, no where near the 50,000 mile mark. I went back tot he shop I bought them from, who would have a vested interest in selling me a new set, and they said my tires still had a lot of life left in them. I feel I have paid for repairs that were unnecessary and would like my money back for them.
Jeffrey I am sorry you feel this way. When you brought the suv in it had a check engine light. We found evaperative emissions codes in the system and after hours of testing found the charcoal canister leaking. We replaced the canister and made you aware that the car has to run a self check and it may take a week or more. The second time in it had a check engine light and yes once again had a evaperative leak. We tested and found the gas cap did not seal properly and we had a defective canister. We warranty replaced the canister and you purchased a new gas cap. We made several follow up calls with the family and the light did come back on and this time while testing was able to catch the purge valve stick. At this time we ordered and replaced the valve free of charge. This was a different bad part but we felt bad that it took so long to show up. Unfortinatly not all problems can be fixed in 1 visit or even with 1 part due to the complexity of the systems.
They are professional, honest and work hard to accommodate you when you need it.
A few reasons why I like Menke's: Certified technicians EACH with 20+ years experience, weekly training sessions for techs, accurate record keeping of previous service, service manager and service expediters are THEMSELVES experienced mechanics and are efficient communicators between the technician working on my car and myself, careful evaluation of repairs needed, only NEW replacement parts are used, FREE loaner car, short wait time to schedule service, EXCEPTIONALLY clean shop, EXCEPTIONALLY professional personnel that don't smoke/curse/yell/play offensive music in shop. The prices are a tad higher than other shops but it's well worth it. I get VALUE for the price I pay for repairs.
They are friendly and honest.
They did good work but pricey.
Good service in a timely manner.
They where very helpful and repaired my truck in a timely manner. Also, they followed up with me regarding other repairs, including quotes I had asked for.
While their service was excellent and their shop was in great condition, I felt that their prices were high. I looked into the average cost for the job and found out they were significantly higher than the area average.
I have recommended them to a friend already. They do a good job and do a safety check to let you know if it's worth the money to do the repair. We opted to skip the repair because the ball joints are shot, which they told us. No use in putting $3000 into an old car if it's not safe.
I like the quality of service.
They recommended work which was not needed.
Excellent reputation, customer service.
Everyone is polite and professional. The work is thorough. The shop itself is also very clean.
They are professional.
Good service, prompt and courteous.
They are awesome! Picked up vehicle from work and left a loaner car behind. Called and obtained my approval for every repair. Delivered it back in good condition.
Great service... Prices seem a little higher than some places.
I trust their work and trust Joe and his advice.
I like their professionalism.
I would most definitely (and already have) recommend Menke's Auto Repair to someone for quality work. Their shop is extremely well kept (clean/organized), the staff are always polite and actually listen to the customer, and it's very apparent that they take pride in their work and do their best to get it right the first time.
