I think that they have proven, knowledgeable technicians. They don't typically, create work to be done, but fairly and accurately diagnose the problem at-hand, and then, let you know what the problem is, and how much it will probably cost.
on the 3/11/15 I needed to charge the battery on my 1989 Honda prelude which your mechanics work on and I noticed the air intake connections were disconnected at two points, I replaced them and everything is ok.
I had explained to them that they did work on a previous estimate, I got rotor & cap and they did not check to verify that the parts were in working condition after that I failed my inspection because of them.
Customer requested that we make repair on car that was diagnose by another shop. We recommended having us verify diagnoses but customer already paid another shop and just wanted us to make repairs based on other shops recommendations. We were able to confirm cap and rotor needed replacing and completed work requested.
We apologize that Alice had to wait so long for her bulb to be replaced. We stock an assortment of bulbs but were out of stock at the time. We try to make it as convenient as possible for customers and though waiting would be easier than making an appointment but in this case we were wrong. We hope next time you will have a better experience.
They gave me service and when I lost the pan on the turn pike. They let me bring it right back to them and they had it specially welded. I have been going there for several years and the service is very friendly.
The number one reason is they are convenient. I have always preferred to have local merchants do servicing of my car rather than a national chain. I know nothing about cars and I feel very comfortable with them. They take care of me, they are very knowledgeable. They told me when I needed new tires. I am not familiar with cars at all and I just rely on them to tell me what I need and I feel very comfortable with them.
They were very professional and told me they would find my problem. I was having trouble passing the State emissions test. They not only fixed the problem but they took it to have the State test it and they got it to pass. I had a hole in my pipe which they replaced and then they hooked it up to the sensor and made the needed adjustments to get it right. They also replaced a couple of tires that were worn that I hadn't noticed before.
They explain to me what I needed and then they corrected the problem. They seem as if I can trust them. I trust what they tell me because every time they correct the problem. They are very friendly. I just like going there.
They were very receptive with my sons vehicle,they took care of the problem and they got it in very quickly to evaluate and I was fine with the service. It was unrelated to the issues that I originally brought it in for.
