A Question where did you get the replacement parts ? do you have a part number?

I've got a GMC Envoy and have the same problem except it is on both sides and has happened multiple times. I've burned the bulbs and connectors several times. They usually only last for a couple of months. I was just informed that NHTSA RECALL BULLETIN ref # 070E014000 addresses this issues and recommends replacing the bulb and connector with OEM parts only and that will solve the problem. Basically, buy your parts from the dealership and you'll be fine.

In the last 2 months 4 headlight plugs have burned/melted out,two on each side. The headlight itself is alright and not burned out. Seemsto be common problem with GM. Any ideas on how to stop this....
