Got new rotors and brake pads there around January - a little squealing after but I didn't think much of it - no time to take back in. Then around June took it back in - lots of brake dust on front hubs - back squealing more. They said calipers and hoses needed replaced. The wanted over $800 for that. Now that the squealing is worse and back brakes are grinding, the bf calls them up and tells they - hey, you messed up her brakes, you should fix them. Nope - Meineke says it's not their fault. Now tell me this....I'm told the calipers hardly ever go out - I'm also told that Meineke "clamps" their brakes or "crimps the hoses" when they change the brakes. Which, if true, and of course they deny this, would mess up my calipers and hoses. They weren't messed up when I first went in to get my brakes changed or they would have tried to hit me up for more money right then to fix them. How, several months later, do both rear go out at the same time? Hmmmmm...... Just don't spend your money there. Seriously.
