    This company is horrible. My car was taken to this owner's, Mr. Ferrels other location on 4896 Ashley Phospated Road. My car wasn't properly repaired and as a result my brakes failed placing me and others on the highway at risk. The customer service is horrible. The manager there is rude and not helpful. They didnt diagnose or repair my car properly. They told me I needed inner and outer tie rods when I needed a master cylinder. All they want is your money. Your safety does not matter to them. DO NOT LET THEM REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!!!!! Signed Ms. Mobley
