    I brought my car in and was told that it was something that would be covered under my warranty. After bringing it to the dealership and waiting numerous hours I was told that it would not be covered. I told Bill and he immediately came over to meet me at the dealer. After 10 minutes I was told it would be covered. This man, his shop and his staff is an A plus in my book. Looking for a new mechanic-go to Mechanics Plus. They will win you over for life- because you can trust them. They go to bat for you. Bill Allen-you are a man of your word and I will always sing praises for you. My dad used to be the one to help me but since my dad has past away- Bill has been the one that is always there to give me car advice, and for that-I am thankful.

    I have lived here for 35 years and Mechanic Plus is the best mechanic in Orlando. Scott the manager picks up my calls every time I call and answers all my questions no matter how dumb they are. The service was prompt, right on time, inexpensive, and he goes out of his way to charge you less. (did some things for free)

    Honest, trustworthy, talented and well trained business! We have brought 2 of our vehicles in and been treated with the best service around. Prices were as quoted, and all work done perfectly. Wouldn't take our vehicles any where else!

    I have trusted Mechanics Plus for years now with all of my auto repairs. Ever since I first heard Bill on the radio give his personal cell phone out to all his customers I knew this was the shop for me. He even asnwered one time when I called and didnt know he was on vacation. He helped me get connected to his team and back on the road. His customer service is exceptional and more important, the repairs he makes are trustworthy and and well done. I have had a couple situations where I expected the repair to be a huge deal and a huge cost but he was honest and said it was just something simple and only charged me a few dollars for the part. I highly recommend all my friends when possible.

    What a great place to take your vehicle. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and quick. Very reasonably price. The owner was there to answer questions and help in anyway.
