  I have been taking my vehicles to McKenzies for several years now and have always been satisfied with service in all areas. If I didn't understand something they would explain to me in detail. I have not ever found a more caring and honest group of people. They get me the best warranties they can on the parts that I needed and have always been very clear and fair about their prices. They go out of their way to do what is needed even give me a ride home or to work if we needed. They have always stood behing their work and went beyond and above to make sure everything was fair. One thing I also like is how they work with after market warranties. They took care of all the work and details and all I had to do was pay my deductible. They always have a smile, kind word and eager to do what they have to do to get the job done. I highly recommend McKenzies they treat ya like family!!!

  Thank you Thank you Thank you. My 2003 Impala had a window that just suddenly feel for no reason. I took my car to McKenzies auto repair. the people there treated me like a real person and not like a open check book. they fixed my window very quickly and charged me very fairly. If not for the people there it would have snowed in my car. i cannot say enough good things about them. Good people that do excelent work. This year i am definately sending them a christmas card they saved me

  I was having trouble with my 2006 F-150. I was on my way out of town of course and did not have time for car teouble. I went to Mckenzies Auto repair and explianed the trouble i was having and the situaton i was in. The people there went well beyound what i expected and they were able to get me fixed up that day.At that time it didn't matter what the cost was and i told them that but instead of taking advantage of the situation i was charged a very reasonable price and treated very fairly.Thank you Keith and Mike i will always do bussiness with you even if i have to tow my truck in from across the country.

  their estimate was clear and concise. they fixed my power steering pump. after checking other shops,including gm dealer. I recommend them highly

  i just took my car there and they and they told me the price on a rear door actuator to fix my lock on my driver side rear door. they told me the part was $190 because i had to order it through the ford dealership.i thoght that was outragous so ilooked online for my part and i found out i cant get it throgh the dealer its an after market part that i found for $15. now how did you uys come up with $190 for the part and $9o for the labor.plus it cost me $40 for them to tell me what part i needed for my door. i have never been charged to find out what part i need from any repair shop ive ever been to.how can you charge your customers $190 for a $15 part? your shop shold be investigated and shut down.
