Performed the repair and service exactly as promised on the day and time of appointment and explained to me in detail as to how much it would cost fot whats being done.
Could not believe how much less i ended up paying too, compared to the dealer i went to.

i'VE KNOWN THESE GUYS FOR ABOUT 5 TRS NOW. I HAD A LOT OF MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WITH MY AUDI TT, AND THE SERVICE I'D GOTTEN FROM PORSCHE/AUDI DEALER IN ROCVILLE PRETTY BAD. I WAS REFERRED TO PATRICK BACK THEN BY A CLOSE FRIEND WHO'S HUSBAND'S ACURA WAS BEING SERVICED BY THEM. SHE OWNS A BENZ AND GETS HER SERVICE DONE THERE.
I FINALLY SOLD THE TT A COUPLE OF YRS AND PURCHASED A BENZ. FOR ALL OF THESE YRS I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING EXCELLENT SERVICE AT MB. I TRUST THEIR EXPERTISE AND PROFESSIONALISM. I ALWAYS GET THE BEST SERVICE AND THE BEST ESWTIMATES. EVEN MY SON HAS HIS VW SERVICED OVER THERE AND IS PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

I received an MB Automotive Post Card in the mail and decided to give them a try after SEVERAL horrible experiences at VOB BMW in Rockvile (the worst service and sales company in the history of all that is automotive).
I've had nothing but good and honest experiences with Patrick and his team. Every time they say they're going to fix something. They fix it. I haven't had to come back because of a mistake.
Seriously - these guys know what they're doing, and they stand behind their work.
Their facility is clean - absolutely spotless, not a total wreck, which speaks to the entegrity and pride taken in their service.
It's rare to find an honest mechanic in the area who doesn't overcharge and lie to you. I'm glad MB Automotive is around so I don't have to take my chances elsewhere.
I'm not sure what this Paul66 guy is talking about. If they charged you for things you didnt need, then why did you pay for them? It's easy to say "no thanks."
I took my Mercedes Benz S class to this Automotive Services Shop for an electrical problem that two other German car specialists had not been able to fix. They could identify and repair the problem within a few hours for a very reasonable cost. Both partners have completed advanced training at the Mercedes Benz Training center and are capable to resolve all mechanical and electrical problems of German engineered vehicles. I highly recommend them.
I took my Acura MDX to the dealer because the maintenance light had come on. I got a whole lot mechanical jargon about what all was wrong with my car and that if I didn't take care of it right away the problems would get worse. A friend of mine recommended these guys and told me to take my car to them before letting the dealer work on it. I'm very glad I did because it's rare to find an honest mechanic. The guy explained to me that the maintenance light simply indicates that the car need regular "Maintenance" work and I was mistaking it for the engine light. I kinda felt stupid but glad at the same time. There ought to be a law against service people that outright lie to you to get money out of you or the manufacturer if the car is under warranty as mine was.
I have a 2000 ML320 which seemed to have a ton of problems up until I found these guys. I can trace most of the problems back to the HBL dealership where they would either not do ANY work, reset the computer or just make excuses and let the warranty expire. Patrick and the crew are and extreme and in depth knowledge of this and not only did they help me navigate the dealership maze they brought the car back up to what I expected out of Mercedes. At 200K miles, it runs as good as when I bought it with only 8 miles on it. MB automotive services is a fair outfit that I would recommend to all of my friends.
