My wife drove the vehicle around for 2 days after check engine light came on, and it done fine. the next morning it wouldn't start, but it would turn over. The fuel pump kicking in, but I don't know what could be the problem. Do anyone have any suggestions please help

my 2002 mazda tribute runs hot after 10 min of idling. I don't see any signs of leaks the fan comes on but when it comes On it runs constantly, my heat blows out cold air while running. Can someone please help me figure out what's going on?

Did same thing years ago. Had car towed. At dealership they said key simply pulled out for them. Have tried wiggling steering wheel to no avail. Is it a time factor for security or did the tow itself do something? What can we do?

Will not stay running unless I hold the key in the starting position then it's trying to run but when you let the key go it sometimes runs and then sometimes dont

My mazda tribute will not start I charged the battery and replaced the starter. When I first replaced the starter it would try to turn over but it wouldn't start I tried a couple of more times and now it won't even try to turn over. I'm not sure if the battery is damaged or it's something else. It's a 2002 mazda tribute es 6 cyl. Please HELP!

I had a front and rear converters replaced to the cost of $2700 for new parts and labor. within 2 weeks the check engine light came back on for the same problem. the engine is spitting and sputtering. the car is undriveable. any suggustions?

the Cats failed and caused a loss of power exctely like limp mode but no codes, after clearing exhust restrictions and re testing the high pitched squeel like belt slip had gone and the engine runs but missfires on cyls 4/6, swapped coils and plugs fitted new injectors and manifold gaskets still missfiring now suspect Ecu ? have strong spark at coils and I believe injector pulse is at the same source as coil pulse LOST FOR IDEAS ????

My 2002 Mazda Tribute has problems which seem to occur after it rains. Check Engine light goes on, engine hesitates, low power and stalling. Someone told me it was catalitic converters, but they are very expensive and weather shouldn't have any effect there. Any ideas? Thanks,

the engine rpm increases then decreases and lights get dimmer then brighter at an idle. Just changed alternator, battery, and cleaned connections. Battery is charging, all elitrical works, no codes, car still starts fine.

It seemed to be running better after changing the fuel filter, but now it just doesn't want to run smooth. Its not all the time but most of the time. What would you do next?

My son's car has been running rough and the engine light is on. Acceleration is very sluggish. The diagnostic report is:
P1406 - problem with differential pressure feedback sensor downstream hose is disconnected or blocked, have checked and no obvious thing found.
Any ideas before we spend a heap of money fixing every other than the problem?

Condensor and compressor seem to be fine. No leaks detected. Gauge hooked up, pressure builds to norm level and compressor clicks off and pressure drops. Repeats, clicking on and off. Tried refilling refrig. but no difference. Suggestions please....

Dealer found #4spark plug damaged at tip. They had replaced #4 coil a year ago. . Ran better but not great. Last week started stalling and barely could get to 30mph. Engine light came on. Found codes P0354, 0301, 0303 0305. Said something in combustion chamber caused damage. Recommends tear down to inspect heads. Will cost in the range of $3000 to fix. Could the damage on #4spark plug have something to do with the coil replacement the year before.
