Question: Master Cylinder

Master cylinder was repaired last November, 2010. Now it has problem with brake when I step on the pedal and it sometimes goes all the way to the floor, again. It sometimes is fine. ON and off with the brake pedal. Why?? Is master clyinder lemon? or what?

    Was the master cylinder a good brand name or some rebuilt master cylinder? Check the fluid level ensure it is OK but if the brake fluid is changed every two years and is clear in color its not common to see failures or repeat failures.
